As environmental legislation tightens, noise pollution is becoming an increasing problem, especially where plant and machinery is concerned. Evadx A.I.R. produces a standard modular range of coated steel absorptive noise barriers which are extremely efficient in containing, absorbing and deflecting noise emissions from any given environment or application. As qualified engineers of many years experience, we pride ourselves in our capability and familiarity with most types of industrial, process, commercial building and road & rail noise related infrastructure problems, and the successful application of many noise reduction solutions by incorporating noise reducing barriers and total / partial noise enclosure systems. We specialise in the technically challenging or more demanding areas of a given application.
With the design of the modular system, its benefits can be universally incorporated into almost any configuration to suit the application under consideration, whether in linear & vertical noise barrier form within a galvanised structural steel support framework or as an acoustic housing, cover or enclosure within a building for plant / machinery noise suppression, or even as part of the building in itself; thereby providing a practical noise solution system, being fully integrated to match the designed acoustic performance required. Additionally, Evadx A.I.R. also manufactures reflective barriers in various materials and methacrylate (acrylic) for applications where full day lighting or clear access views are required; without the need for entering into restricted plant / operational areas for example. We have recently developed a robust & impact resistant & medically approved coating which allows an absorptive panel to be installed within clinically clean & hygienic areas, which is significant in reducing the area’s reverberation time (RT) from presently untreatable highly noise reflective facades in food and pharmaceutical production and handling areas.
