The structure is mainly beam and column, comprising of two east west wings of 5 levels with a main mid section of 7 levels with a low level terrace over the basement to form a U shape. The basement is on 2 levels to the whole of the structure with external balconies to most of the elevations. The whole structure involves itself around 2No concrete cores to the mid section.

The total weight is 750t and Evadx have fabricated and erected all the steelwork on the contract for J. Armor Limited.
